Rimworld mods not showing up.

Mods dont work offline!!!! In my view this is a serious issue, alot of people have unreliable internet connection, use temp connections or otherwise need to be in steam offline mode at some point in their lives. Didn't read the whole doc but it's probably a faction mod in conflict with either an other faction or a random mod. Try to load the game without any faction mod or mods that adds stuff on the map.
